How access works

  • The bot answers only in groups that are enabled here. New groups the number is added to stay off until you enable them.
  • Full access = the group can ask about anything in Odoo (the bot reads as admin).
  • Restricted = choose areas (sales, deliveries, invoices…) and scope (Amazon only, specific Amazon accounts, stores, teams, warehouses). Limits are enforced inside the Odoo query, not just told to the AI.

The bot always follows these. Write one rule per line, e.g. "sales" = orders created in the period, all states; "website" = sales team Website; "received" = completed vendor receipts by date.

Alerts & backups
